Crockpot Beef & Broccoli🥦😋2lbs chuck pot roast season with garlic powder, ground ginger, and onion powder. Sear pot roast on both sides. Remove from heat, slice and add to crockpot. Add a diced small onion, and an entire bottle of teriyaki sauce of choice. Cook on high 4 hours or low 6-8 hours. After 4 hours on high, I added fresh broccoli and I cooked it another hour.
