Clinton, MA - This afternoon, Massachusetts State Police arrested Jaquelle Anderson, 39, of Portsmouth, NH, after a pursuit spanning multiple highways. Troopers first attempted to stop Anderson on I-290 in a rental car flagged in a BOLO, but he refused to pull over.
