BRILLIANT CHEAP DAY OUT - Calling all Harry Potter Fans! A street in Milton Keynes has been transformed into Diagon Alley. It's all part of the Loughton Scarecrow Trail. There are 81 scarecrows in total. They include a fabulous display of the Lion King characters, a number of Cruella De Vils, Highway Rat, Superheros, Paw Patrol, PJ Masks amongst others. We did the longest trail which took over 3 hours & 10,000 steps. Advise scooters & buggies for little ones. Trail sheet is £3 and is a MUST BUY

FREE TO VISIT AND FREE TO PARK - This is the lovely Teardrop Lakes in Milton Keynes. It's located in Knowlhill and there's a couple of free car parks. The lily pads are still so pretty at the moment. Both my children love the big hill for rolling down. It's about a 2k circular route around the lakes and is accessible. Plenty of space to picnic. We went around 10am this morning and it was quiet.
