The Bell OH-58 Kiowa is a family of single-engine, single-rotor, military helicopters used for observation, utility, and direct fire support. The Kiowa has served the Army for nearly 50 years and in that time it has transformed from an unarmed light reconnaissance helicopter to a potent armed reconnaissance platform that supported Soldiers in peace and war.
