There are so many theories… So many opinions… So many beliefs about what it is, where it comes from, and how to get rid of it. Hormones. Willpower. Addiction. Discipline. More rules. Less rules. Here’s my honest take… Most people are trying to fix food noise at the surface. I look at it through the lens of eating psychology and neuroscience.
