Thursday the 14th of November marks the 84th anniversary of the Coventry Blitz of 1940, a night which saw devastation across Coventry and saw the destruction of the Cathedral Church of St. Michael. Coventry Cathedral will mark this year’s Blitz anniversary and the season of Remembrance with a concert and lecturer as part of Coventry Peace Festival, an exhibition and film screening and special services including the vigil on Thursday the 14th November in the Ruins.
