Nov 18, 2023 · Wells Fargo is literally the only bank I keep having fraudulent charge incidents...and I also bank with comenity, chase, amex, discover, capital one, sofi, and bank of america. LITERALLY 3x fraudulent cc and 1x debit transactions within 2 years.

I hang up, call Wells Fargo who told me they would never call anyone for opening a bank account they would send a letter. Then I go to the Zelle site and it's a different phone number. I call the number from their site and the automated tells me I should contact the bank I Zelle with they are the ones who can help with transactions.
