Nov 30, 2022 · Newegg shipping is terrible. I haven't used them in a long time and I recently ordered some ram from them. Every other component was through Amazon and arrived in a day or two. The ram on newegg, which was some standard regular GSKILL ram, took over a week and delayed the whole build. Also they throw upsell attempts at you during checkout

Jun 20, 2022 · I bought SAMSUNG 870 EVO Series 2.5" 1TB SATA III V-NAND on 2022, it can't boot anymore, chat with Newegg they said call Samsung, try to call Samsung 6 time in 3 days at the end they said Samsung policy is who sale the SSD who must give the service to replace or to repair, Samsung send me that policy paper and told me send that policy to Newegg and request the replacement.

No shipping is standard shipping unless you order from a third party seller on NewEgg but as far as Newegg themselves shipping trouble free usually. The thing I don't like is the fact that they're keeping the Newegg shuffle going and keeping low inventory on graphics cards when you can go to eBay 24/7 and find the same cards available for the ...

Newegg used to be great, but these days I put them at the bottom of the list right above third-party sellers on sites like Amazon/Walmart/ect. If the same part is available anywhere else within $5-10, I pay the extra for more reliable shipping time and ease of return.

SSD shipped today, PSU ships 9/23. Newegg support refunded my shipping fee. Be sure to check the parts you order will be shipped by newegg and not a 3rd party!

Newegg makes you pay for return shipping on DOA items too. Lots of parts are fragile; graphics cards, motherboards, but especially mechanical hard drives. Now if an item arrives DOA, and all I want is a working version of what I ordered (not a refund or exchange for a different item) - then why the fuck should I have to pay to ship the dead one ...
