Honestly this was the weakest female led movie by Madhur Bhandarkar. If one watches this after Chandni Bar, Page 3, Corporate and Fashion, this would seem pretty much meh. Neither could Kareena reach the acting heights of Konkona Sen, Tabu, Priyanka Chopra or Kangana.

Jun 25, 2022 · I was watching Heroine today. Looks like it is based on a lot of real life Bollywood anecdotes. For eg: Kareena’s intro scene is inspired from what happened with Rekha. Randeep Hooda is loosely based on Yuvraj Singh. Not sure, though. Arjun Rampal could be SRK but till that time SRK still had a family man image, hence, feels more like Hrithik.

Fashion was an underdog during its release and surprised everyone, Priyanka(best years of priyanka as a personality and an actor, she has just changed now) kangana, mughda all gave good performances.

Apr 26, 2020 · There is very clearly a scene earlier in the movie where you see John Travolta buying Heroine, and injecting it. There are also multiple scenes where you see Uma Thurman snorting cocaine. In the scene in question we clearly see Uma Thurman reach into Travolta’s coat and pull out his heroine.
