Aug 27, 2007 · the next us army base from me here in bavaria was AUGSBURG. it impressed me every time we drove past the US ARMY BASE. and every year the german-american public festival - a real dream. but since about 5 year it isnt anymore. the US ARMY removed from AUGSBURG. there only left the empty army barrack. today nearly all the building pulled over.

Jan 6, 2020 · Because they are working with NATO. In the past ofc German did got they own rations like Austrian but now for 20 years German or Austrian they do not have they own rations. They are using the same all, from NATO for German/Austrian Country's, made in Germany by Feddeck with the difference which is the COVER only.

Since WW2, West Germany’s “Bundeswehr” (West German Army) uses a ration called the Einmannpackung (Combat Ration, Individual), or “EPa” for short. Each case contains four rations and each EPa is intended to provide food for 24 hrs with two entrees and a continental breakfast.

Jan 20, 2010 · Thanks guys, I completely forgot about the reviews that housil and others had posted. Mebbe it was just the communist way or maybe their rations people got a really good deal, but it seems that Soviet and East German rations had alot of liver-containing stuff.
