Nov 2, 2022 · Activision has treated its community like absolute scum. By my guesses, at least a couple thousand players have been falsely banned. If 5,000 players were wrongfully banned at $70 per purchase (could have spent more, and some people tried to buy it multiple times), Activision has stolen at LEAST $350,000 by unethical and downright disgusting means.

It is becoming rather annoying not being able to play the game I spent $70 on all because the anti-cheat said "nope, we've got to investigate this guy" even though they've already done it two times prior.

There’s a phone number but every time I call it a robot tells me to visit the support page but the support page didn’t solve the problem for me. Mar 11, 2021 · Logged into Activision. Then in the menu went to support. On the support page went to the menu again and selected support options. On this new page selected cold war then my platform (windows) topic was Activision account and 5he issue I selected was unabled to unlibk account. This was the last option on the list.

Jun 25, 2021 · No chat. No support. No surprise. The only thing you can chat over is "in game purchase" issues. As would be assumed for trash companies like activision. Cold war is just a scam wrapped in a mediocre game.

LOL. Welcome to the waiting club, I was told 5 biz days before I'd receive a response. Been trying to get live chat so I can tell someone somewhere something, but the page simply loads a blank screen for hours. (I navigated to the live chat via Modern warfare -> Xbox -> Stats issues -> Boosted/Altered stats -> Live chat).
