Around 70 fans of Spanish club Real Sociedad were attacked by Lazio ultras in Rome on Wednesday, a spokesperson with Rome Capital Police told CNN.
Three Real Sociedad fans were stabbed in central Rome during clashes with Lazio supporters on the eve of Thursday's Europa League match between the two teams, police said.
