The cooking oil management company that Perry Tole works for has released a statement regarding the attack involving the 69-year-old and former NFL quarterback and Fox Sports analyst Mark Sanchez.

The victim's son is getting married next week and "he's not going be able to attend the wedding, so he's sad about that," victim attorney Eddie Reichert added.

An attorney for Perry Tole said that Tole was the victim of a "violent," "unprovoked" attack from Sanchez and tried to defend himself by stabbing the former NFL player.
