The 69-year-old truck driver who stabbed Mark Sanchez multiple times may have violated a strict "no weapon' policy from his company.
An attorney for Perry Tole said that Tole was the victim of a "violent," "unprovoked" attack from Sanchez and tried to defend himself by stabbing the former NFL player.
