On Friday at 12:25 p.m. the National Weather Service released a winter weather advisory valid from 10 p.m. until Saturday 7 p.m. for Westmoreland Ridges and Higher Elevations of Indiana.
However according to averages, Indiana is roughly halfway done with winter. That just means severe weather season is on the way.
