According to the Associated Press, Trump cannot revoke O’Donnell’s citizenship. The outlet spoke to Amanda Frost, a law professor at the University of Virginia School of Law, on Sunday, July 13, 2025. She cited the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution in an email to AP and referenced a ruling in a case from 1967.
