Power: Origins is a go at Starz with an 18-episode order. And it couldn't come at a better time for the Power Universe!

A brand-new Outlander prequel spin-off, Outlander: Blood of My Blood, is set to mark its entry into the franchise on August 8 on Starz. Interestingly, the prequel has already been renewed for its second season, ahead of the release of the first season.

Less than 48 hours after debuting on a new streaming home, this Monica Raymund-led crime drama immediately found success, ranking among the top titles. From Starz to Netflix, Hightown is one of those shows that just can’t be missed thanks to its electric storyline.

Starz has picked up Power: Origins to series, becoming the Universe’s fifth installment and the second prequel following Power Book III: Raising Kanan. It will consist of 18 episodes, which will make up Season 1, with Raising Kanan creator Sascha Penn to serve as showrunner, writer, and executive producer.
