MADISON, WI (WSAU) — The WIAA State High School Basketball Tournament begins today at the Kohl Center in Madison. The two Central Wisconsin teams, Marshfield and Wausau East, begin play on Friday.

Madison moves on to face North 1 champion Glen Rock in a Group 2 semifinal on Wednesday night at Franklin High School. Glen Rock topped Vernon, 55-49 in overtime to win its first sectional trophy.
