CHICAGO (WLS) -- It's official! The Chicago Bears will play on Thanksgiving Day 2026. On Thursday, the Bears confirmed the team will travel to Detroit to face the Lions on Nov. 26, kickoff is set for noon. The Bears are set to play on Thanksgiving Day for the second time in the last three seasons.

The Green Bay Packers have some unusual wrinkles to their 2026 schedule, playing on the day before Thanksgiving this season when they take on the Los Angeles Rams on Nov. 25, a game airing on Netflix.

The Lions will host Johnson and the Bears in their annual Thanksgiving game Nov. 26 at Ford Field, according to The Schultz Report on Wednesday.
