A teenager was shot dead and left on the sidewalk in Taylor, and now police are searching through an abundance of video surveillance footage looking for critical answers. Officers responded to an area on Pine Street, north of Eureka and east of Telegraph road, at about 9 p.m. on July 19. Police are not releasing the name of the teenager.
According to police, Timothy Taylor confessed to killing his ex-wife after killing his wife because she "deserved it."
After first responders extracted a Chardon man, 20, shortly after 9 p.m. July 17 from Taylor Lake in Pilgrim Village he was transported to Ahuja Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. The victim was at the lake with friends who told police he knew how to swim but failed to do so after entering the lake.
