After a wave of recent projects and property sales on South Broad Street, another redevelopment site has hit the market.

Philadelphia-based development firm Scout has paid $12.25 million in a bankruptcy auction for Hamilton Hall at 320 S. Broad St. and the attached Furness Hall, together totaling 111,360 square feet.
