Former Creighton star and Charlotte Hornets center Ryan Kalkbrenner received a major take ahead of his rookie campaign.

After taking Duke’s Kon Knueppel and UConn’s Liam McNeeley in the first round of NBA Draft, Hornets selected Duke’s Sion James and Creighton’s Ryan Kalkbrenner in second round Thursday night.
