BERLIN — Borussia Dortmund veterans Marco Reus and Mats Hummels scored late to earn a 4-2 win at Freiburg on Saturday and reduce talk of a crisis at the club after its poor start to the Bundesliga.

Reus first joined Dortmund when he was 6 years old and spent a decade in the youth system. After time at other clubs, he rejoined Dortmund in 2012 and has played for the team ever since.

Reus, Dortmund’s assist leader this season, is also second to top scorer Robert Lewandowski with 15 goals in all competitions this term—three of which have come in the Champions League.
