Mortal Kombat 1 is getting a major new update that adds many technical fixes alongside the new T-1000 playable guest Kombatant and Madam Bo Kameo.

The Mortal Kombat 2 release date has been confirmed as October 24, 2025. The sequel was first announced as "in the works" in January 2022, before it was officially confirmed in July 2022.
