MARINETTE, Wis. (WLUK) -- Fincantieri Marinette Marine is looking to take the pressure off the bodies of its workers. Building massive military-grade ships takes a lot of hard work.

Fincantieri can receive $5,000 for each new job created with a maximum payout of $1.5 million for 300 jobs. The state will pay $4,000 of the incentive for each new job and the city will pay $1,000.
