The president has faced pressure from his supporters to release the files about Epstein, which they believe will reveal a cover-up.

The Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday and other news outlets confirmed what many had already suspected given Donald Trump’s apparent uneasiness about the unrelenting focus on his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein since his Administration tried to close the case on the alleged sex trafficker and unsuccessfully urge people to move on earlier this month.

Donald Trump just suggested his name appears in the Epstein files because his enemies -- Joe Biden, James Comey and Merrick Garland -- put his name in the files to smear him.
