The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for southern Muscatine County, northwestern Louisa County at 4 p.m.

It's been five weeks since 88 children were removed from a camp near Columbus Junction. No one has been charged with a crime.

The water main to the area broke on July 20. Temporary water service had been set up for all about around 10 residences.
