Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that Budapest is not the best location for the talks that US President Donald Trump and Russian ruler Vladimir Putin have provisionally agreed to hold.

U.S. President Donald Trump has announced plans to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Budapest for talks focused on ending the war in Ukraine.

According to Mr. Zelenskyy, Mr. Trump said during their meeting that Mr. Putin's maximalist demand — that Ukraine cede the entirety of its eastern Donetsk and Luhansk regions — was unchanged.
