This is a 50-50. The Bengals want a youth movement across the defense and sophomores Kris Jenkins Jr. and McKinnley Jackson should see plenty of run. But if Hill has a quiet market, the team probably shouldn't dismiss the idea of bringing him back and keeping him in the rotation. He's 30 years old, so a short-term deal could be nice for both sides.
