The Jacksonville Jaguars became one of seven NFL teams looking for a new head coach after the 2024 season. Jacksonville fired veteran coach Doug Pederson after the team went just 4-13 this season and missed the playoffs for the second time in Pederson’s three years at the helm.
Robert Saleh may not have to wait long for his next head-coaching chance. Saleh has emerged as a legitimate candidate for the Jaguars after being fired by the Jets last season, The Athletic reported. The website noted that while it may feel out of “left field” there is some “real buzz” surrounding Saleh’s chances in Jacksonville.
