The end of the week has arrived, bringing warmer daytime temperatures to North Texas. However, Friday morning has been quite cold, with temperatures in the teens to low 20s.

Buc-ee's filed a lawsuit earlier this month alleging trademark infringement against a small gas station chain based in North Texas. In the lawsuit filed in the Northern District of Texas, Buc-ee's claims that Super Fuels is infringing on its trademark of the beaver logo because the chain's logo is too similar.

Buc-ee's is suing a smaller North Texas gas station chain, claiming it is infringing on the copyright for the Buc-ee's beaver logo.

"We were losing students, and we wanted to make sure that we maintained the number of teachers and the capacities of our campuses were met,” Dr. David Vinson said.

North Texas faces the Florida Atlantic Owls after Brenen Lorient scored 20 points in North Texas' 76-67 victory against the Temple Owls.
