According to multiple media reports Thursday several National Security Council senior staffers have been fired with more to come after a President Donald Trump meeting with far-right podcaster Laura Loomer.

President Donald Trump confirmed that multiple employees within the National Security Council were fired Thursday, adding to National Security Advisor Mike Waltz's recent political woes that have snowballed since Democrats first slammed him over March's Signal chat leak.

The director of the U.S. National Security Agency, Gen. Timothy Haugh, who also heads the US Cyber Command, was dismissed on Thursday with NSA deputy director Wendy Noble. Following the news, Loomer posted on X: “NSA Director Tim Haugh and his deputy Wendy Noble have been disloyal to President Trump. That is why they have been fired.”

He has never sent classified material over his personal email account or any unsecured platform,” the spokesperson insisted.
