Plans for the redevelopment of the former College of Saint Rose campus are moving forward. On Thursday, the property was formally transferred from Albany County to the Albany County Pine Hills Land Authority.
Albany Co now owns former St Rose campus
Albany County announced that it now owns the vacant property that once belonged the College of Saint Rose. Last year, The Pine Hills Land Authority won the auction for the closed college's campus with a $35 million bid.
