Blake Lively won a judge’s ruling on Monday setting her deposition on her home turf, after her attorneys raised concerns that Justin Baldoni ‘s lawyers were trying to turn it into a media spectacle. Lively is set to be deposed on Thursday in her sexual harassment and retaliation suit against Baldoni, her director and co-star in “It Ends With Us.”

Blake Lively has been granted a protective oder ahead of her deposition, which is set for July 17. Lively and Baldoni's trial is set for March 2026 in New York, and attorneys for both Lively and Baldoni have indicated that they plan to testify during the proceedings.

Justin Baldoni's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, suggested Lively's deposition be held in front of an audience, per TMZ: "If Blake Lively is really serious about testifying for the world to see, let's live stream it in Madison Square Garden and give the money to the domestic violence survivors."
