The Marvel Cinematic Universe's version of Quicksilver debuted in Avengers: Age of Ultron, and the film did not try to compete with the Quicksilver scenes from Fox's X-Men franchise.

Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) only made a brief appearance before making a fittingly quick exit from the MCU in Avengers: Age of Ultron, and it always felt like a waste of a classic character.
