An unfounded report of a gunman led to a brief lockdown at Dorsey High School in the Crenshaw District, authorities said.

Gary Martin detailed the alleged May incident in a lawsuit he filed last week in federal court, accusing the Los Angeles Police Department and Officer Richard Podkowski of violating his civil rights.
