This vault is located at Lonewolf’s Lair, inside the big mansion. Head there, enter the mansion, and make your way down to the basement, where you'll find the bank vault.

The town’s wood-framed bank, homes and shops are gone. But the brick vault — shaped like a cube nearly 10 feet tall — stands as a landmark of what was once there.
