Indiana Fever standout Sophie Cunningham got sarcastic over a blatant (and painful-looking) missed foul call on July 15.

The Indiana Fever guard caught an elbow to the head in their Tuesday contest against the Connecticut Sun. The Fever were playing defense, and Cunningham was following Leïla Lacan. Unfortunately for her, Olivia Nelson-Ododa swung her right arm, and her elbow hit Cunningham in the head, which caused her to fall to the ground momentarily.

During one of Fever's offensive plays, Cunningham was elbowed in the head by a Sun player in what appeared to be a cheap blindside shot. No call was given, and Cunningham quickly got up from the court and walked off the hit.
