The Seahawks are armed with 10 picks in the 2025 NFL draft after all their wheeling-and-dealing this offseason. Of those, six fall into the first four rounds, giving Seattle a chance to continue reshaping their roster. They acquired Picks 52 and 223 from Pittsburgh in exchange for Metcalf, while Pick 92 came from the Raiders in the Smith deal.

Despite signing Sam Darnold in free agency, the Seahawks couldn’t pass up the opportunity to draft a quarterback with incredible physical tools. Milroe earned an 87.0-plus PFF overall grade over the past two seasons at Alabama. He has one of the strongest arms in the class but struggles with accuracy, giving him room to further develop.

So Seattle opened the draft by picking offensive guard Grey Zabel 18th overall and taking safety Nick Emmanwori (35th) and tight end Elijah Arroyo (50th) in the second round. They have five picks left.
