Perry Tole, the 69-year-old truck driver who was allegedly involved in an altercation with former NFL quarterback and Fox Sports analyst Mark Sanchez in Indianapolis this past weekend, has been released from the hospital.

The attorneys for Perry Tole, the 69-year-old alleged victim of an attack by ex-New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez, said he has been released from the hospital and is at home recovering, though he is still struggling to speak due to his facial injuries.

Lawyers for Perry Tole filed the lawsuit Monday seeking an unspecified amount in actual and punitive damages, as well as attorney’s fees.
