Anna Kalinskaya outclassed Britain's Emma Raducanu 6–4 6–3 at the Washington Open on Saturday to advance to the final, where she will face Leylah Fernandez.

Leylah Fernandez battled back to upset Elena Rybakina and Anna Kalinskaya ousted a resurgent Emma Raducanu to set up the DC Open final.

Raducanu effectively overtook Boulter with her victory over Naomi Osaka, the four-time major winner, in the second round in Washington. It followed a similarly impressive victory over the seventh-seeded Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk in Raducanu’s first match.
