DETROIT LAKES, Minn. (KTTC) – A jury is seated in the burglary trial of Minnesota State Sen. Nicole Mitchell. Opening statements are set to begin Tuesday morning in Becker County. Mitchell was arrested at her stepmother’s Detroit Lakes home on April 22, 2024, at 4:45 a.m. for an alleged botched burglary.
