There are many great entrances in college football, but few are as electric or as loud as Virginia Tech running out to Metallica's "Enter Sandman" for a big game (especially at night).

Over 60,000 fans gathered at Virginia Tech's Lane Stadium for a night that created ground tremors. Metallica visited Blacksburg on Wednesday night for a stop on the M72 World Tour, taking the stage after openers Pantera and Suicidal Tendencies.

Brent Pry was among the thousands at Metallica's concert at Lane Stadium on Wednesday. 'Enter Sandman', of course, was on the set list.
