The California Highway Patrol has arrested a suspect in two freeway shootings in Alameda and Contra Costa County.
It was sold to David Milburn, owner of New Haven-based Harvest Beverage Group, for $2.5 million in a deal recorded June 4. Milburn could not be reached for comment.
