Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the U.S. decided to revoke all visas for South Sudanese citizens because the country's government failed to accept the return of its citizens being removed from the U.

South Sudanese officials say they'll allow a foreign national entry into the country after their initial refusal to do so prompted the United States to revoke the visas of all of its citizens.

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced on Saturday the revocation of all U.S. visas held by South Sudanese passport holders and will restrict future visa issuance, citing South Sudan's failure to accept the return of its citizens when the United States seeks to remove them.
