I live in Janesville and know the playground has two different areas; a tot lot, which has the equipment for younger children, and an area for older kids. The swings in that area are higher, the bars are definitely higher, there's even a floating seesaw for older kids as well as a zipline, among many other pieces of equipment for older kids. The slides are higher and accomodate older kids easily. I've not only seen them playing there with no problem, but have taken kids those ages there, and there's never a complaint. Are you sure you're speaking of CAMDEN playground?
